Drs. Nickolas and Jacqueline Clark are both graduates of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.  After graduating in 2007 with their doctorates of optometry, they moved to the Quad Cities in Bettendorf, Iowa, where they owned and operated two practices under the name of Clark Family Vision.  In 2013, the pair left Dr. Nick's home state of Iowa and settled in Pearisburg, Virginia where they began Pearisburg Eye Associates.  In 2017, they added another location to their practice in Christiansburg, VA. The new combined location name is now known as Clarity Eye Care.

Before graduating from Southern College of Optometry in 2007,  Dr. Jackie was born and raised in Radford, Virginia, where most of her family still resides.  As a Radford High School Bobcat and proud James Madison University alumni, Dr. Jackie is proud to return to her Southwest Virginia roots.  She has been a member of the FUMC Pearisburg Preschool Board, the Pearisburg Merchant's Association, and the Pearisburg Junior Women's Club.  She enjoys boating, gardening, hiking, and running half marathons.

Dr Nick, a Cedar Rapids, Iowa native, graduated from Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa before earning his Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2003.  He received his doctorate of optometry from Southern College of Optometry in 2007. He enjoys community service and is currently a member of the Lions Club and the Pearisburg Rotary. He has also taken part on mission trips to Guatamala with Impacto Ministry to help those with vision needs around the world.  When not working, he enjoys water skiing, riding motorcycles, and running marathons and other races.

Together they have 3 rowdy boys (including one set of twins), who keep them on their toes.
